| Duties: | Manage all aspects of day-to-day business for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) sales territory. Must be able to work with independent representative firms to develop and grow PASCO business in region. Must be able to handle all aspects of running an international sales territory including training of rep firms, communication with the reps and the factory, resolution of payment issues and assisting reps in demonstrating PASCO equipment to potential customers. Needs to be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong public speaking skills and be comfortable in front of groups. Requires 30% international travel.
Experience working with MOE’s and international development banks (IDB, ADB, World Bank) in putting together international educational projects. Should be capable of handling all aspects of project development.
Experience in managing people and ability to direct the activities of a support staff and/or Customer Service Representative(s).

| Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications:
• 4-year technical degree in science or engineering
• 4 years sales experience
• International sales experience
• Language skills in Russian
